From artwork to approved sample

Make the production decisions visible before bulk.

A printed garment is not proven by a mockup alone. The print must work on a real pattern, the fabric must carry the color and coverage, and the sample must confirm the details the brand will buy.

01

Check the artwork on a garment scale

We review resolution, repeat quality, placement, motif size, seams, openings, and whether the file is ready for a useful sample.

02

Match fabric and print method to the product

Crepe, satin, chiffon, rayon, viscose, Nida, and selected blends behave differently in opacity, drape, hand feel, and color response.

03

Approve a physical sample before bulk

The sample should confirm print scale, fit direction, construction, labels, hangtags, packaging, and the QC points used for production.

Production review examples

See the decision behind each printed garment direction.

These examples show the questions a sample should answer. They are not a ready-print catalog and do not replace approval of your own artwork, fabric, and garment specifications.

Sample-first workflow

Review the risk before you commit to production.

A useful first reply should separate confirmed decisions from open questions. The sample then proves the details that cannot be judged reliably from an image or quotation alone.

01

Send the project

Artwork or reference, product type, quantity, country, size range, and target timing.

02

Receive a feasibility review

We identify what is clear, what needs confirmation, and which fabric or print direction is practical.

03

Develop one sample

Use the sample to check the decisions most likely to create cost, color, opacity, fit, or placement risk.

04

Approve and plan bulk

Bulk follows the approved sample, final artwork, size chart, private label details, packaging, and QC notes.

A production conversation built around what the sample must prove.

Alohamiss serves small fashion brands, boutique sellers, modestwear buyers, resortwear labels, and private label projects that need a practical path from artwork to garment.

The first review covers artwork readiness, style direction, fabric and printing options, target quantity, labels, packaging, and any timing or price constraint that could change the sample plan.

We avoid promising a final unit price or production date before the artwork, fabric, construction, and order details are clear. That boundary helps both sides start with a sample that answers the right questions.

Common questions from brand and wholesale buyers

MOQ, sample cost, fabric, timing, and print feasibility depend on the actual project. These answers explain the starting point and the information needed for a serious review.

Do I need to provide my own print artwork?

Yes. Alohamiss is built for brands that want to use their own print artwork, AI-generated designs, PSD, AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, hand sketches, or reference images. We help turn your artwork into production-ready dresses.

Can you help if I only have a reference image?

Yes. You can upload a reference image first. We will review whether it can be used as direction, whether it needs redrawing, and which style direction, fabric, and print method may fit.

What is your MOQ?

For many suitable trial orders, MOQ can start from 30-50 pieces per design. MOQ depends on fabric, printing method, trims, label requirements, and construction.

Can I make a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We usually recommend one sample first to check fabric, print scale, fit, finishing, labels, and packaging details before bulk production.

Do you support private label?

Yes. Private label support can include neck labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, and packaging bags, depending on order quantity and project scope.

Which files are best for custom printing?

AI, PSD, PDF, high-resolution PNG, and high-resolution JPG files are preferred. For all-over prints, seamless repeat files are ideal, but reference images can be reviewed first.

Can I use AI-generated artwork?

Yes. AI-generated artwork can be a useful starting point, but it often needs checks for resolution, repeat quality, scale, color direction, and production suitability.

Can you recommend a style direction for my artwork?

Yes. If you are not sure which style direction works best, choose Not sure, need suggestion in the form and upload your artwork. We can recommend a practical style reference based on print direction and target market.
