HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED?
Orders are processed IMMEDIATELY after the order has been placed. The duration of the shipping depends on the product and the destination. Typically, standard shipping takes 7-14 days to deliver and express shipping takes 3-5 days.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER OR MY DETAILS?
We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
If you wish to change anything about your order, please write to us through our contact us page within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to amend or stop the order. If this one has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A PRODUCT THAT IS DAMAGED?
We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please get in touch via our contact us page within 4 days from the day you receive your order. Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.
We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
