Items are shipped via different couriers depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs our warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. However, since we work with very reliable shipping carriers, delays are extremely rare. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed on the next business day. Once your order has a tracking number, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered at checkout.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

From the date you place your order with us, we need time to pick and pack your order and deliver it to our freight courier.

Courier delivery time: 5-10 working days depending on your delivery address.

 

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

All our parcels are shipped from our warehouse in China and you may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

  

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

ALOHAMISS.COM is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact hello@alohamiss.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 

  

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you need your order before a certain date, please contact us PRIOR to submitting your order so we can determine whether we are able to meet your deadline. If we are unable to meet your deadline with standard shipping, EXPRESS shipping is available. However, we are not responsible if the shipping company does not honor the expected timeline. These express shipping methods are not GUARANTEED shipping methods, although delays with these methods are rare.
